HAND WASH ONLY! Your knit contains merino wool, which is known for its self-cleaning properties. Does your knit have an odor? Hanging it outside for a few hours is sufficient. Oops, a stain after all? Then wash gently by hand in lukewarm soapy water with a minimum amount of detergent. Do not wring out and let it dry flat. Steam it briefly after washing and your knit will be as good as new! Don't forget to "de-pill" your knit every now and then.
